We were engaged to lead the redesign and renovation of a premium office loft for high-profile international clients, transforming the space into a multifunctional environment that balances executive accommodations with elevated entertainment capabilities. The project focused on creating a luxurious, hospitality-grade experience, complete with top-tier furnishings and amenities—investing nearly $100,000 in high-end furniture alone. In addition to the interior buildout, we facilitated the acquisition of a private vessel to support client engagement, providing a high-end, experiential offering for hosting, networking, and showcasing the brand’s lifestyle vision.
